Complaints

If you have a complaint about the treatment, the procedure or way in which you have been treated by the therapist, you are invited to submit this in written format with the praxis manager of Psychologenpraktijk Willem van Eijk, or at the NIP (Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen, Arthur van Schendelstraat 650, 3511 MJ, Utrecht). 

If so, I will do anything within my possibilities to resolve the issue in the best and quickest possible way.
